They even shown the date: July 16, we could understand why Rena and Hinoha were absent. (It was announced before they were promoted)

 

It's nearly 3 months ago... I means, it was pointless to make the announcement.

And, 3 months is really slow...

 

Maybe, they will get the new song in 2024 as the debuted group

They said the group will debut in 2024, and it's possible we'll add more members from audition: if they fit the group concept.
