Wow....
Not to say that she isnt already but it seems that miyu can go the "pretty" route if she needs to....
I got mixed feelings about this....
This image might be able to propel miyu to great heights but i dont sure whether thats the way i would like it to be....
Well...i shall reserved final judgement when i see the final product..

Don't know what to say.... hehe, she looks more of the "Mika Nakashima" type in those images.


We'll wait and see. I don't think this is the best image route to go right away but then again, I'm no expert on the matter. I'm thinking they are trying to make Miyu's solo efforts seperate and different from the image that Zone conveys.


And yes, I feel this is very different.

The left picture is pretty scary, it reminds me of MAX.
Miyu looks a bit like Nakashima Mika for the other pic.

Not a really go idea to "copy" other people's style and image...but that's a easier way to start things off.

Didn't liked it.....

left pic --> why they changed her hair ???? she is so beautifull..... there was no need to make it.... now her hair calls more attention than her beauty.....

right pic --> it's better.... but as said before... she is too similar to Nakashima.... better than the left one.... but i still don't like the excess of make up...

i guess prob the record companies are trying to pair up "R&B sound" with a mature image... which is unnecessary in my opinion..miyu is still a young girl!!

in my mind a good cover would be ... in a long white dress looking to the side. while the snow and hair blows all around haha... (so old-fashioned)

The only explanation that I could come up with as far as Miyu's solo image goes would be because she is going into R&B style. I don't know about the more "mature" look. I think it can wait, since Miyu is still only 16 and quite young to begin with.......


I'd much rather think it's better for Miyu to keep her regular Zone image until she gets older, like say 18 or 19.


yggg, nice cover idea. It seems like that idea has been done before but it would fit very well for "snowy love". Actually, I think the second single cover is much better than the first. Even still, I find that it's too early and I guess the issue is a bit too trivial to nitpick about. Miyu is still pretty, either way. Makeup or not.

totally agree.... wanna see Miyu in mature style....when she become a mature women.... meanwhile she is a girl.... when she get older them it would be ok.... and also the make up... i think Miyu has a beautiful skin and no need that much of make up..... she is already beautiful without that.....

I think the image is too mature for her.

I just hope that Nagase Miyu and MIYU in ZONE will kept separate. That is, I don't want to see her look like that when she perfoms with other ZONE members. Good luck in her solo career!

some costumes i like very much are the HANABI costumes....i love kimonos.... and also Yume no kakera and boku no tegami..... schoolo uniform and hair extension respectivelly.... they are very nice....
