She really resembles Icchan a lot. I wonder what her skills are, if she's the only one from the auditions to be chosen for JJ they're surely more then decent.

 

Also she named Meimei as her respected senpai, but when asked to name someone from the current lineup she chose Rikako. She's definitely an Anju fan!

I agree, I'm also an Icchan wota, and of course my first impression was that she does resemble Icchan. But as soon as I looked her smiling in the video, her similitude with Ruru also became evident.

I just got a chance to watch the HaroSuta where the new members were announced and got a good look at her for the first time. She's beautiful! With perfect teeth.

I can't wait to see these new members in action now.

There's a short clip of her audition footage at 4:00 in this episode of Haro Dori. She's decent.

Her voices flavour is very mature and nice but she clearly needs training. Sounds a bit nasally and she switches into using her head voice too easily.
I'm a bit worried that Juice=Juices image of amazing vocal ability of nearly every member - which makes them outstanding to me in H!P - will get flattened down. But well the old J=J has also had way more experience and training so let's see what the new girls will be able to do in the future! Plus I'm still super happy Ichika was added - she has such a great and funny character and already improved a lot during her short tenure in KSS. Hopefully we can get to know Risa soon, too.

I agree with everything you said. Risa clearly needs training, but her vocal tone is pleasant. I think with this round of auditions they focused more on visuals and personality for J=J than vocal talent--not that there are any bad singers they chose, by H!P standards...I can see why they'd do that, wish they hadn't, but I am still happy with the new additions.

She's noticeably weaker in the singing/dancing department than the TF audition winners and current J=J. However, I'm excited to see how she grows into idolhood. It's so rare nowadays to see a new girl that's so unpolished, so she's kind of refreshing to me. There are senpai enough to cover the hard singing, and dance can be trained easily enough.
