She was in the Kumamon dance unit, she had very central positions for all the KSS performances I saw over the Hinafest weekend. These must be all decent signs for how much she is being rated by the staff. I think she must have a decent chance of joining one of the upcoming groups.

Give it another year or two, and I think she could be a perfect addition to Angerme. Not only are her vocals pretty stable, but she totally matches Angerme’s crazy, hyper energy.

I'm guessing she must have quit as soon as she found out she wasn't debuting, to have time for this audition. She clearly hasn't given up on her dream yet, at least!

^ I forgot to post it here but yeah, wota discovered Anna listed among the finalists for the Shibusuta 2019 audition earlier this week and were already speculating/assuming her departure.

The Grand Prix takes place on the 27th and the winner receives a cash prize of 500,000¥ and the chance to be signed with Platinum Production. The person that recommended the winner gets 200,000¥. There are a bunch of side awards too, though I don't think they have prizes attached.

8/10 - Shuttou Anna - Love Namidairo

Another audition finalist, and another satisfactory performance.  I almost scored her higher because the last half of the song was so much better than the first.  She did have some initial troubles though.  The vocal quality from the beginning of the song to the end almost sounded like another person had taken the mic to finish the song.  The beginning sounded good.  The ending was great.  If the difference had been slightly less jarring, she would have gotten higher than an 8.  If the entire song had been consistently as great as the last half, a 9 would have been very fair.

8.5/10 - Shutto Anna - Help me!! - [Idol Ready: 91%]

An amazing performance and, unlike last year, it was fairly consistent throughout. There's a switch that she can flip though when she knows she's nailing it. When that switch is flipped, she has an energy that radiates outward like a true idol aura. Last year, the difference between on/off also applied to her voice, was so different that it was jarring when it happened, and prevented that performance from scoring higher because of how striking it was. However, this time her voice was on for the entire song right up until that last line, even if her energy had to catch up. The Harosute edit was just slightly generous in not showing the end where she lost that consistency just a little bit on the final lines, but that can't detract from how great she was for the entire rest of the performance. Even if she debuts, it's unlikely she'd immediately be given lines like that, and I've certainly heard worse from Sayashi Riho in most concerts.

Oh boy, I hope she wins the audition! Anna was definitely one of the Kenshuusei I was interested in, although we didn't see that much of her. So sad to see her gone along with Hikari but this gives me hope.
