Another seemingly rare surname

Her surname reminds me of Hitoshi Doi, the owner of a website I used to frequent back in the early 00's for seiyuu reference. But his name isn't spelled the same, his is spelled 土井. Based on rarity of the name alone, it would have been cool if it was his daughter since he always loved idols.
