With the re-shuffling all AKB48 teams, they ended their stage performances and will start with the new stages. It is not clear if they will be the NEW NEW stages or just the old stage redone. Between then there will be special stages chosen by celebrities (Shunputeikoasa, Shoichiro Tahara, Iwamoto Teruo, Masahiro Tanaka).

Here is the 1st special stage, Shunputeikoasa start in Sep 13th.

Stage title: "Eve wa Adam no Abarebane",「イブはアダムの肋骨」( Eve is Adam's ribs )

1: Shonichi
This song embodies of the life of these girls. It's a song that's meant to open a show.

2: Skirt, Hirari
One of the things people find appealing about AKB48 is how they can be sweet with a bit of bite. (TL Note: bittersweet, sweet and sour, thatsorta tanginess) This song is one of the main songs where you get a taste of that. The choreography when they sing "Skirt hirari hirugaeshi"should make all the guys' hearts skip a beat.

3: Boyfriend no Tsukurikata
Keep your eyes on the detailed performance of the members as they try to act and do skits!

4) Ame no Pianist
As soon as you hear that intro, you're taken to a mature world!

5) Heart-gata Virus
Just like with Ame no Pianist, please look forward to the members' personalities.

6) Kinjirareta Futari
For this song, the feelings toward the other person are important, so I really wanted these two to sing this song. No matter what, I wanted these 2 to sing this.

7) Sore demo Suki da yo
I've created this solo opportunity just for Kizaki's fans. I puzzled over whether I should give you a cool Kizaki or a soft one, but after looking at the songs in order, I chose this one.

8) Temodemo no Namida
"I want to see these two together!!" My plan here was to represent the fans that feel that way.

9) Kuroi Tenshi
Abe's precision, Tano's exotic features, and Minegishi's mature style. Please enjoy the special atmosphere these three create.

(Presentation Corner) Nankin Tamasudare
I didn't think of anybody but Ogasawara to be the MC for this corner. I have high hopes for the odd combination of her and Goto.

10) Heavy Rotation
The center position is a mere 2 meters away, and yet it feels so far. Please watch the beloved veteran Ooya as center. How will the others embrace her in this position... We'll have to wait and see.

The present of AKB48!

12) Kimi dake ni Chu! Chu! Chu!
This song is filled with Kojima's charm since she pulls it off with ease. Please be relaxed and charmed by her smile.

13) Shamu Neko
I had decided the final song would be Korogaru Ishi ni Nare, so I felt the song before it should provide a contrast, which is why I went with this slightly mature, but fun song.

14) Korogaru Ishi ni Nare
As they navigate life in the entertainment business, I know each one of them has a strong will. This song lets them show that off at full power, so I hope you feel their passion.

15) Oogoe Diamond (A cappella)
It's like this song was made for a cappella. The earnestness born when a group of young women come together to create something is another one of the things that makes AKB appealing.

16) Nusumareta Kuchibiru
This song is very representative of AKB, including how it changes partway through. This song has a lot of power, so it'd be fine to end the performance here, but it's only 95% fulfilling as an ending song. The fans will think this is the last song, but...

17) Kimi no Koto ga Suki Dakara
...at that moment, the intro for this song will play and I think everyone will get 120% more excited. (At least, that was my plan) This songlets members and fans communicate heart-to-heart. Fans tell their oshimen "Keep working hard! I will too." while the members think "We're working hard, so everyone work hard too!". I want everyone to go home happy.

Being chosen in all of the four special stages, one might say Kimi no Koto ga Suki Dakara solidifies itself as one of their greatest.

Still hard to believe it was a coupling song in it's time. I mean... what a line up (in itself).

Personally, I'd say that together with Hikoukigumo and the title track, RIVER remains one of AKB's strongest releases.
