The concert was awesome, the girls were all amazing as usual! Maimi was beautiful, Nacky's dancing was superb, Mai was cute, Airi's singing was wonderful, and Chisato was funny when she came out with the mask on. I'm not very good with Spanish, but it seemed like they all remembered and spoke it really well.
I think the highlight for me was during the handshake event, Airi actually remembered me, even though I hadn't seen her in over a year! When she saw me her eyes lit up and she said "Hisashiburi!" (It's been a while!) What I want to believe she meant was "Where have you been? I've missed you!" I missed you too Airi. I think that confirmed her as my favorite again.
Oh also, when I first got to my hotel I looked at my watch and it was exactly 9:10.

I've received a couple PMs asking about the concert, so I will post my comments here. Be warned, it's a long post *Gomen ne*
First of all, a couple of personal things. I've followed ºC-ute since Massara Blue Jeans came out and immediately loved MaiMai, although my love for Airi is almost at par now. They are the one and only group I have ever followed and considered myself a fan of, so of course, getting to see them here was an experience I never thought of possible.
When they first came to the stage, I had tears on my eyes out of pure joy T____T THE BEST DAY OF MY LIFE. Yes. Even my friend who went with me was amazed that I, a girl who never shows her feelings, was so excited
Ok, so I arrived at about 2:00pm to the venue, there were already hundreds of people there, specially the General tickets people so that they could get good standing places. I think some of them arrived at 8:00am. We exchanged the ticket for the VIP bracelets and accreditations. We waited until about 4:30pm to enter.
There must have been about 200 people before me entering the venue, but when it was my turn at the "shop" Airi's and Chisa's towels where already sold out. I bought Mai's towel, the concert t-shirt, and the individual photoset.
From there we entered the hall. ºC-ute's songs were playing. As I said, there were already about 200 people before me, and, unsurprisingly, most of them tried to get as close to the scenario as possible, and many had congregated on the sides. This was good. I wanted to see them up close, but I knew I would have the handshake for that, so I looked for a place that would give me a central visual of the scenario. Found it! And most amazingly, the guy in front of me was a midget not tall, so I had complete view. I think I was about 4-5mts away from the scenario.
We waited there until 6:00pm. all the while listening to ºC-utes songs and practicing the chants and just enjoying ourselves taking pics and chatting.
Then. OMG. They came out.
The cheers and shouts were so loud we could not hear them, so the sound guy had to blow the speakers up to be able to hear Airi's and Chisa's voices singing Kanashiki Heaven.
From then on, the sound system was just horrible. Some microphones too loud, the others barely (Although I think this was the least of the concerns we all had there, it would have made the occasion so much better to be able to hear the girls without making us deaf in the process.)
It was simply amazing, just looking at their faces, being so amazed by how we received them.
Everything really happened in a flash. On the first MC they introduced themselves in spanish and said how exited they were to be here. Although I had heard that Spanish pronunciation is not hard for Japanese people, I was really amazed by how clear they were speaking. We could understand everything they said in Spanish.
01 Kanashiki Heaven
02 Adam to Eve no Dilemma
MC in Spanish
03 Soku Dakishimete
04 I miss you
05 Forever Love
06 Massara Blue Jeans
07 Ookina Ai de Motenashite
08 Sekai ichi Happy na Onna no ko.
09 Namida no Iro
10 Aitai Aitai Aitaina
11 Sexy Kanzen na Otona
When the second MC came, I felt like they had only sung about 4 songs =P I now see the list and feel almost bad, but it was just... that feeling that everything was happening so fast.
MC Lottery corner
During the Lottery Corner, Chisa was the star of the show. Doing her impression of Mil Mascaras by wearing two masks and his signature move on Mai, Mai and Airi "flying" to the end of the scenario, it was just too fun watching the girls interact with each other.
12 Tokaikko Jyunjyou
13 Love Take IT ALL
14 The Middle Management
15 Midnight Temptation
16 Kiss Me Aishiteru
17 Dance de Bakoon
In Mexico we are not used to making the encore chant a long one, so when we started yelling and 10 minutes passed we started getting discouraged. Staff people actually had to come on stage and ask us to keep it going so we did, for another 10 mins. and again the staff people had to come out with cameras and whatever to get us fired again. Now we know that the girls had had to get oxygen masks to be able to survive the high altitude and the poor air conditions of the city.
But at last they came out. The cheers and yells were as lous as when they first appeared.
Encore:
01 Sakura Chirari
MC letters
Here they just read again how exited they were, that we are all Team ºC-ute and that they love us T____T
02 Gamusya Life
03 JUMP
They are simply amazing. How they dance, their faces, their moves, their... everything. This girls OWN the stage. Seeing Maimi’s abbs up close... wow. Simply WOW. Nacky's dancing lives up to the hype. Chisa's voice has just gotten so good. Airi is simply from out of this world. And MaiMai is beautiful. She might not have a very pleasant voice, but God, she's a beauty. I don't know if it was the excitement of being in another country and how we received them, but I never got from Mai that feeling of being bored or not making a much effort as the others that we usually get from concert videos. She was shining there. I just couldn't take my eyes off MaiMai and Airi.
Regarding the sound system, it was especially bad. The girls weren't wearing earpieces, so of course, hearing themselves on the speakers was very important. But the sound guy really blowed the speakers. Whenever there was a pause between songs, I had a ringing noise in my ears. I think Maimi was specially affected by this since she was singing full songs in a higher or lower pitch than she usually does.
Then came the Handshake.
As soon as they finished, they asked the General Tickets people to leave the venue to make space for the VIP people to make a line for the handshake. We started the line and about half an 15mins girls we started the handshake round.
Chisa, Nacky, Maimai, Airi, Leader.
I've never been a fan of Chisa or Nacky, but I must admit that Chisa know what she is doing up there in the scenario, she knows how to shine. And Nacky, she is so ppppprrrrreeeettttyyyyy!
But when I got to shake MaiMai's hand, my heart melted. XDI told her jokingly to get married with me She freaked for a second then answered "Onna to... Muri muri!" (Girl with... impossible!)
And then Airi. I tried to tell her that I love her singing, but it was clear that she did not understand my poor Japanese, but she still replied with a "Gracias!".
I'm sorry I did not pay much attention to Leader, but I was in heaven by just having had contact with Mai and Airi *______*
Then they gave us the signed group photo and the Mexican Chosen Songs CD.

Thank you Sanos!!
Team °C-ute Mexico pulled off an amazing event. All of you should be proud of your efforts! Especially you, Sanos. You helped so many fans with their tickets and such.
It is too bad about the poor sound system. It is not unusual for this to happen in small venues. Artists will always crank up the volume to hear themselves over the crowd. I normally bring decibel reducing ear plugs in order to protect what hearing I have left ( too many loud concerts, and too many things went BOOM! near me in the past) Which girls mics were not loud enough?
I wish I could have been there. I will make an extra effort to see them next chance I get.

It depended on the song.
MaiMai made signals to the staff two times during Sekkai Ichi.
Nacky looked at them accusingly also a couple of times in different songs.
In Aitai Aitai Chisas voice was considerably lower that the rest.
I had never head about those earplugs you mentions, but if I ever get to go to another concert, I will get them. The ringing in the ears was still there the next day.
Also let me get your oppinion on the VIP ticket price, I have read many people complaining that it was overpriced. Since I haven't gone to other concerts before, and I had a blas, I really don't mind, but help me see:
The general tickets sold for a little less than $600 pesos, and they could buy the CD for $150 pesos = $750
VIP was $2200 plus 6% paypal fees = about $2350
That means we paid about $1500 extra for the signed photo and the handshake.
What do you think?
But all in all, it was an amazing experience.

^
We also got a closer spot in the concert. But yeah, still does seem a little overpriced. Not really surprised though.

^^ $2350 pescos is $137.23 US dollars for the VIP package. No, I don't think it was too much given you actually got to handshake and talk to the Fabulous Five of C-ute. That is way cheaper than round trip to Japan. The VIP tickets sold out very fast, so those fans were very happy to spend the money to see them up close..... The general admission tickets took much longer and the final week they were offered for half price. $750 pescos = $43.80 USD. Half price = $375 pescos = $21.90 USD. That is a bargain!
IF that had been my only expense, I would have gladly gone. My expenses would have included going through getting an expedited passport, the six plus months of paperwork ( which may have not been finished in time for me to go), background check and immunizations, plane tickets, hotel, eats, etc. I am still recovering from being in a carwreck and just didn't have the cash for it all.
If there was anything I would complain about it would have been the small size of the venue. If they would have had more people there, maybe the tickets would have been for less? I don't see how they made any money with ticket sales for just 1,150 fans.
sanos & kannaforever, you now have memories that will last a lifetime. It was worth it.
Here are the earplugs I mentioned. The soft foam type work pretty good, too.
