Looks like we see thing in a very similar way, the truth is we are certainly not alone in that view. The material hasnt got worse by any means so thats not the problem.

Makoto gets a rather large amount of airtime on the show to my knowledge.

Because she all but says to the camera "LOOOOK! LOOOOOOOOKIE LOOOOKIE! ME ME ME!" Same with Sayu, same with Mari, Rika, etc.

H!M has always been like that. Yuko isn't one to be ignored, and Kei is outspoken even when she's being teased.

You want your Musume to get more airtime? Hope that one day she decides to demand the camera even if she might look stupid. It's kinda as simple as that. No point in blaming or accusing anyone else but said girl.

Cant say i agree there i think Makoto is one of the forgotten Musume. Yes she has her moments but they are fleeting. Hang on this is a Asami Konno thread runs off to the Makoto thread.

Konnos time must come soon her popularity is obvioues and its a business opertunity that they wont avoid forever. I think shes really good especially on those rare occasions when she gets the lead or a joint lead role like she did in some of the concerts earlier this year. With those preformances you have to ask so why is she not getting more leads ?

Konkons only weakness is she is not pushy enough and prehaps beacause she is so nice it actually works against her. Which kinda sucks really.

Another thing that i like about Konkon is that she will say things that would often embarrass
others if they said them, its like theres no pretence about who she is. What you see is what you get.

Its not very likely but i think Asami Konno would make an intresting leader for Morning Musume as she is so laid back i think it would be a good influence on everyone.

konkon is one of the cutest in Morning Musume, and her facial expression on different situations is just sweet. When she saves a penalty in futsal, she gets so happy and that warms my heart!
