I had to do a double take and check if I was not visiting the 48 section Annin's face is a bit more refined, though.

It IS Anna.  I reverse image searched it; it's a pic from a blog post from May this year.

They usually never add a KSS that age unless they see them as a future debut, like Manakan, Linlin and Tomoko. Girl has potential, so I could see it happening.
