Tip from Ares13:
Side note at the start, I recommend domestic Japan delivery of tickets to your hotel as the best option.
Know what concert you are going for
Concert tie to a special event like graduation?
This concert are more likely to be popular so take the fastest way out or risk paying a lot of money for the tickets or not being able to get the tickets at all.
Normal concert?
More risk can be taken for these concert but it will depend on the location of the concert(Tokyo, Nagoya etc), the popularity of the H!P group, the size of the concert area(Major arena, Concert hall, live house) and the day of the week (weekday or weekend) of the concert.
Camp the news site
This is the first place to get the schedule of the concert.

There is no way to know for sure when the bidding start for FC priority ..
You can try this site and find with the keyword “ 先行 ” but it is not 100%
http://www.up-fc.jp/...s.php?@PS@=none
So the best way is to check a real person proxy who have H!P FC membership if you are intending to ask them to help you bid for the FC tickets anyway.

If you miss the priority bidding date for whatever reason, or you just don’t want to bid for lottery tickets for whatever reason.
You can choose one of the next steps :-
Rare Case* - Blog priority bidding (Does not happen most of the time)
Sometimes like MM 2014 falls concert in Budokan and MM 2015 falls concert, they ran a blog priority bidding.
This tickets are after FC priority but before general sales and ran by external ticket sales outlets with their links from their blog.
You can try your luck using the keyword to find “ 先行 ” at the main H!P news site to find if there are such an announcement.

Yahoo Auction for FC priority tickets
http://auctions.yahoo.co.jp/
At this stage, the tickets are FC priority tickets that have been won but the seller do not know the seat number. The seller usually sell them as an insurance of getting their money back if they have extra tickets that is terrible.
The tickets are usually at cost or close to cost. The seat are usually bad but it is still FC priority tickets so it should be definitely better than those from general sales.

1) It is very important to read and understand how the site work if not you will incurred unnecessary cost
2) When bidding .. DO NOT select the insurance for domestic delivery because it a useless increase in cost as Japan is very safe
3) When bidding .. DO remember to tick the ticket item box because it is a ticket
If for any reason, you miss or decide to skip the above steps, you can bid for them at Yahoo Auction.

*Follow the same steps if you want to bid for general sales ticket for reason that they sold out or you just wanted better general sales ticket

The FC lottery winners will usually receive the tickets around 2 weeks before concert date.
Upon receiving the tickets, the winners will know their seat number.
At this stage, the tickets seat number is known so it will go by market rate.
The best time is usually camp them really early as there are many sellers and sellers fear not being able to sell them.
Or you can play chicken with the seller and get them really late which is not advisable.
