The way she poses in the third photo shows her idol roots. LOL. You can't shake that off after spending so much time training/being an idol.

I don't know about that. I saw a lot of idols posing similar to that in photoshoots. However, I also think that her oujo-sama personality contributes to using that pose more frequently. Another H!P idol that I see using that pose a lot is Omizu (Ono Mizuho), who also has the oujo-sama aura.

I saw the pics and thought the same. Her aura and the way she stands/posing is definitely her idol past

It seems to me that her job as a recruiter involves a lot of appealling to the prospective hires. It's not unimaginable that Sony hired her for that position partly because of her showbiz past. She still is, to a degree, an entertainer......combined with the fact she's intelligent, well-educated and classy.

Even though Risa hasn't posted to her Instagram account since December '19, we now know she still uses the account to look at others' posts, such as Ayumin's post about Chiichan's graduation. I know Ozeko attended the concert, I wonder if Risa was there too.
