Maybe it's your graphics cardThere's a GIF I have which only has 39 frames, but still plays slow.

only one I ever heard of was "developed by reverse engineering PS2 demos" so I don't think you can play games at all. for now.
But why'd you wanna play ps2 games on your pc?? Lack of a real controller? Small screen? Unoptimized graphics? Sounds fun

My bandwidth is 512 kbits/sec(down) 256 kbit/sec(up)
Usually, when I download 1 file, the speed is 20 KB/s(down and up).
So, does this mean it's okay to open another download ? Will it effect the first one?
