I was thinking cause e-hello is only on their e-lineup(?) site..that why i thought it might be her first solo dvd..

^ I think you're right. e-Hello only available at e-Lineup, so I think this isn't one of the e-Hello lineups.

I don't think it's an e-Hello!...
First, when e-Hello!'s are announced we get immediatly a digest from morningmusumechannel
Secondly, they only release them on e-Lineup! and this is a little bit more pricey than the usual e-hello!s (e-Hello!'s are around 2,900 Yen while this one is nearly 4,000 Yen)...

She did get many privileges compared to the other Kyuukies so I wouldn't be surprised to see her e-Hello announced alongside this DVD.....
I just hope the other members get a solo DVD other than the e-Hello too

Nice announcement. I can't ever see myself buying this DVD though...I don't like Solo DVDs. I only have a couple and I prefer PBs, but then again I can't see myself with a Riho PB. Like, It feels weird because she's only 3 years younger It's different with Mizuki and Erina, because I look their age and they're easier to idolise ^^ Mai and Nakky too.

somehow I knew this was coming... I guess this is the reason she would be the last to have an "e-hello"... because she was getting a dvd and a pb. I'm happy because I like her, but it would be better if it was a 9th gen pb. ._.

This so much. I love her to death, and will probably get the money to buy it if this means a photobook. (Actually, I know I will. I'll have to.) But I'd rather have a 9th generation photobook. Some solo shots of each girl, coupling shots, and group shots. That'd be nice
