I can't choose just one. It's too hard because all of those four are so good! I really love Aya's, Yuko's and Souichirou's voices. They all are so amazing. And Hiroyuki.. he is just wow. First I saw him at Chaos;Head and after that in Shugo Chara!.. He's voice was so different (for me) that I was kind of shocked.

DEFINITELY Chihara Minori! She has voiced my favourite characters on the different shows. Plus, her singing is amazing!

For me my favorite female seiyuu is Nana Mizuki because I REALLY like her music. Watched Shugo Chara just for the H!O eggs, Buono! and her.
As for male seiyuu, it's Mamoru Miyano. Reason: Kingdom Hearts, enough said.
That being said, I don't really watch anime, so i don't know a lot of seiyuu's, but I also like the man who did Tamaki's voice in Ouran. No idea who he is, but I LOVE how he did his part. So overdramatic, just like Tamaki is.
