Vocally, she's better than even Mayuyu, so why hasn't she got solo singles yet? She prefer to embrace the acting path?

There have been some rumors about KojiHaru being in a relationship or having something going on with Ariyoshi. Manly due to some twitting KojiHaru did about him during his participation in a TV program, nothing that serious, just being aware that he was there and putting on evidence she was watching the show, and because of some joke Haruna did with him in Kyouwakoku using the word "nyan-nyan" which seems to be an euphemism for having sex. 

 

Today, or in the last hours, Airyoshi said during a radio show that he is not in a relationship with her, he only talks with her while on air, that who would hook up with an idol when they are prohibited to be in a relationship and that he wouldn't want to be banned from TV once again.

Never thought that of him, but I won't put my hands on fire for that. Looks can be deceiving though, going both ways. He is rumored to have been/to be in relationships with some media chicks. Seems he is popular with ladies from media. Don't know much of his personal life, I am too lazy to look for that info, I am afraid.

Is this perhaps another one of those "rivalry" things that Sashihara and Kojima have had since the Ariyoshi AKB Kyowakoku days (when Sashihara was still a part-regular)? They haven't been butting heads for some time on-screen, so maybe this is one of those things.

It's not her first photobook, AFAIR she had (at least) one already.

Kojiharu has released a 写真集 before but is now releasing  a フォトブック.

Sasshi has released a  フォトブック before but is now releasing  a 写真集.

 

That's why they're now both releasing their first "photobook".

That could be an explanation, indeed. Though personally I fail to see the exact difference... both are books with photos inside, even if "写真集" also could be translated as "Photo Collection".

Photobooks actually have written interviews and biographies of the featured person in them. The other one is literally just a collection of photos bound into a single volume from what I know.

Exactly. A 写真集 on the other hand is generally larger, more expensive and contains only photos.

In Japan, they make a distinction between:

写真集 - Shashinshuu = Only photos
フォトブック - Photobook = Photos and text (interviews, essays, etc)

This one is a 写真集 so it will only feature photos.
Sashi previous release "Sashiko" was a フォトブック as it contained tons of text and photos

I agree. If only to see that happiness expressed after the shuffle. 

But ever since she was transferred in TD in 2012, I've hoped she would return to team A. Somehow, it's the only place that felt right... and still do.

 

And also, if she really IS going to graduate this year (oh man, I selfishly hope not!), it is good that she does so from there.
