Although sometimes having something like a deadline will bother me a bit, its best for me in the long run. If I'm not given a certain amount of time to do something, its most likely that it will take me a very long time to do it, or I won't do it at all, unless its something that I really want to do. So, I need a little pressure.

Well, I like and don't like pressure. Sometimes when I'm under pressure by my friends and family it adds humor to the situation, but there are other times where I'm just to tired and I feel like, "Do I have to do this now? :o "... :o

This is the same thing with me. Whenever my mom wants me to get something, I have to go get for her. She does this about 5,000 times per day. <3 :o

School I don't mind. I want to get straight A's, so I'm definitely going to study! :o

There is good pressure and there's bad pressure. For example, good pressure could be your parents or teacher being hard on you to make you try harder to be your best. An example of bad pressure would be having an incompetent and dishonest boss forcing you to do things you know are wrong.

Most people need pressure (the good kind).

Although I believe pressure is necessary on certain ocassions (such as getting good grades in school, meeting deadlines, and the like), I personally do not like working under pressure. Sure I get things done, but I feel more comfortable working without it, not to mention that I'd probably achieve the same result. So, I voted "No, I don't like having pressure."

Personally, I work best under pressure.. not overly though. Without stress I don't do work, but along the way I've found out that I work pretty good under a certain amt of pressure... It doesn't mean I like it though. I prefer working at my own pace...

I don't feel pressure often, but I feel I'd probably work better under pressure.

Even when I'm on the verge of failing a course, it's just kind of meh.

Well, I suppose pressure is a form of motivation for me to work so you could say I dont mind it :)
However... this statement only applies to an extent. Too much pressure can be very fatal and stressful <3

Most people hate and/or can't handle pressure.

I myself. Work a lot better when I'm under pressure at work. It's pretty unheatlhy actually since I double up my act and everything. It tires me out ten time faster and lowers my immune system (believe it or not). So really I think whatever the person prefers. Pressure isn't something I'd always like to work under though. Which I'm glad there are some days I don't have it :)

it would depend on what kind of pressure we're looking at ^^;
For gaming i get the pressure of beating the next person so i tend to have muscle spasms, School pressure doesnt phase me =D

Heh.. I get that too sometimes.. But school pressure.. Usually it doesn't affect me but without deadlines I doubt I would bother to finish my assignments on time.. So my vote goes to work best under pressure.. XD

I've been thinking about this and come to the conclusion of not liking pressure. I work best when I have a lot of time. And I get all these symptoms when having too much pressure, it's not fun. When you're a bit perfectionist, pressure is your worst enemy.

to me it really depends.

say that i'm working on a school assignment, my friends all know i love to procrastinate :P so they put me under pressure and say "OK i won't talk to you on msn until you finish" or something like that. that makes me want to get ti over and done with so i can have some fun.

but there are also times were i totally hate pressure. like say i'm doing something and then someone gives me pressure and it wrecks what i've already done XD

i think i'm in between although pressure gets me motivated :good:

Having a little pressure or stress tends to bring the best out of people. It's when you get too much at once that's bad. There's actually some studies that state not having any stress is almost as bad as having too much.
