I'm not too enthu about this year's CNY too.
It don't even seem like its a festive mood now other then those red things hanging all over the place.

^Whoo amen to the collection of angpao. Pity I only have one family to visit...all the rest of my relatives are in Malaysia I doubt if the crisis will last three years only...I think it will last much longer because the proposed bailouts by the government provide short term relief only. Are the banks expected to pay back the government?

How on earth are they going to do that? I think its only delaying the inevitable...But enough of economic doom and gloom, I'm getting richer! Have any of you ever felt that Chinese new year was a festive occasion worth celebrating? Personally I find it a chore, with all the housework and travelling to do...I think Christmas is waaay better in terms of the holiday spirit

For my CNY, so fast so good..The Ang Paos i collect this year...all the same amount as last year..

I guess it didnt really effect my relatives i guess..

Be warn.. Don go Sentosa.. ALOT OF Non-Singaporeans(You know what i meant )
Because of the festive season..they went there, i not sure why that is the place they choose.. lolx!
