Dance instructor and coreographer among other things. She has quite a long list of things she has worked on and was heavily involved on the dance side for Morning Musume's golden era. Mostly known for being part of the audition camp at older Morning Musume auditions where she would try to get the best out of the girls to judge their ability to learn dance quickly.

If you don't take them somebody else will take them and profit anyway. If there is no will and no family the government take what's in their bank and people are called to clear their belongings and they then sell the valuable stuff at auction. So i don't really see it as stealing.
