Vague statement, but fans are not prohibited from criticizing idols if the criticism is warranted. That however is different from mere trolling/flaming, which is anti-behavior.

Ok, positive critize it's ok but... Say bad words to some girls, for me are so... If they don't like it some groups or how are the group are now, they just need shut up their mouth, it's not necessary to be gross...
