And of course, like Lurkette said, it's just an introduction. There's limits to how much you can add into an introductory video really. If you like idols, you can probably find something to like from all groups if you just take your time. They all got something to offer :)

Acchan's got a lovely voice, she's not a bad singer but she's definitely not one of the best to come out of AKB. The ones Krusha mentioned are great examples of some of AKB's best.

Krusha, where did I said Acchan is better than the cherry picked people you listed. I was asking if anyone of your favorites can actually do a live solo concert like the one Acchan did. And sorry about my meager knowledge of other idols. I don't spend most of my waking hours following idols. One awesome artist I like is all I need.

Well, as a linguistics major, I do understand it (one generation makes the word, a different one uses it with no communication between the two), but it seems silly. It's going from "a photo one takes of oneself" to "a photo of one person, regardless of who took the photo." I wouldn't be surprised if it ends up to mean "a photo of people." Granted, it will probably disappear, as many of these words fall out of fashion. I wonder if this is how people felt when...

Inoue Yuriya of HKT48. I'm not much of a fan of the 48 groups, but she's cute and her b-day shirt looks really cool, just like a normal shirt. However, I'm not sure I'm willing to pay as much as this other person is for it, especially if I actually want to wear it :P

No, Inoue from HKT. Stylish, clearly wants to be an idol and tries her best at G+ to make an impact, but just seems painfully shy and unconfident when she has to speak. It melts my cold, icy heart slightly.

Well, getting people to learn who she is would be the first step, haha. Her name isn't Meru or Mio so she and the rest of the HKT KKS are more or less unknown... As long as she seems happy, it's fine by me, but yeah, definitely seems much more shy compared to everyone else.

In my first university semester I had classes from 9 AM through 6 PM. That was hard but it luckily only occurred in the first semester. Later I mostly had courses starting at 11 AM and in the afternoon
