Honestly since 2012-2013, MM has been in a EDM phase that strangely hasn't gone away and recently with 2023-2025 a lot of fans want a new sound something different. I hear some want a bright phase, a R&B like phase and heck even an atmospheric melodies, and highly distinct, elastic vocals.
