July 18 was a Monday so maybe Momoko had to work, not sure about Chinami, and yeah, Risako might just be busy with kids or kids weren't allowed at the wedding.

I'd assume it's mainly because of the location being a 2-3 hour flight away. Plus breaking down the Hello! Project Kids current status I'd say the reasons were...

Erika has a baby (son).
Maimi had rehearsal for the play『ざんねんないきもの事典〜いきものたちの逆襲〜』
Momo would have been working (teacher) on a Monday.
Chinami has a baby (son).
Maasa had rehearsals for a play.
Miyabi went.
Yurina went.
Saki N. wasn't in Japan at the time.
Risako has two small children.
Airi is always on the go working and may have been filming for『Tokyo GOOD!』
Chisato has a baby.
Mai went.

I don't know how much contact Saki would still have with Megumi or Maiha. I know Megumi teaches dance but nothing is known about Maiha besides her working for her dad's restaurant a few years ago. 

Any of the girls with children wouldn't want to be on a flight with COVID cases on the rise in Japan. Especially the girls with younger babies.

Captain had a flea market today with Mai and Yoshiko at Daikanyama in Shibuya, selling goods and posing for photos with her fans.

I assume her husband was responsible for her haircut, since he owns a hairdressing business. I like it!

Captain attended the wedding of high school classmate Mizuhashi Mai (aka singer MARiA of the pop duo GARNiDELiA), along with fellow classmates Masuda Yuka (AKB48) and best friend Hikaru. 

Nice to see her still eating her favorite ice cream... and the familiar Saki-chan wink...

Another Shimizu sighting.... this time a reunion with Kumai-chan!

Captain visited creative director Yurina's LANSE Spring/Summer clothing exhibition which is taking place this weekend.

These pics and screenshots are from Instagram stories by fashion designer Teki, stylist Kuniko Torii, and Fumiko Sakata.

So far Miyabi, Chel, Akane, Kishimon, Marine, and Rinapu have also been to the event.

Also, Yukanya recently invited Saki-chan to have a meal with her. Apparently all is well with our Captain and Yuka said on her blog they had a fun time together.
