Watashi no Lamentazione is a pop song. Some said it sounds like a showa song.
HomaMei open and end the song.
Haru has a dialogue line in the middle
Reina has a rap part somewhere.

Yes, it was nice to see it again with Reina back on stage, but the other song is just more fun

Not a fan for now but I could like it after a few listens of the full version. I'm afraid the song may be too repetitive. I hear Ako a lot in this extract, it makes me happy.

I’m thrilled. Just not for a graduation single, specially not a double grad one, even worse than graduation of a member who never got her time to shine, the least important member of her gen, and from the looks of it only Reina gets something?

Oh well, let’s wait until the MV, hoping a Kaede case like in Swing Swing, but if the leaks don’t say nothing about the dance then… I’m so sorry 12ki stans.

Akane and Reina have a focus in the other song. Don't know how big though.

Both have solo lines in this extract but it doesn't seem like there is a focus.

No they don't have a spotlight on deka happy no happy, but it's a very happy song, very cute when they dance in a circle. Happy no Happy no Happy no Happy!

Reina has a very small rap part in Lamentatione.
They also show previews of Akane's photo collection (they have been 2 different versions, IMHO the main focus is on the 13-17gen. Very few Chel photos on the preview.

It's also nice that they brought back BNM sto the playlist since Reina's return

Must admit, I like it. Weird but nice. More my taste as the previews single.

It's still not the shake-up in sound I've been hoping for, but I do like it. It has good energy.

Maybe it was their/management's decision to not be heavily featured so they can continue promoting after graduation with minimal adjustments, with the idea that they'll probably be singing that in the next spring tour before the new single pops up

 

Not feeling Teka at all. I hope Lamentazione is better

Hmm is this the new trend? Almost no harmony/chords, just drums and a bass line and a few sound effects. To me it sounds like the bones of a good song, but an unfinished arrangement. Maybe I'm too old fashioned :-)

I love it! I was a bit worried after reading the comments here, but I love it. It sounds refreshing, a little drum n bass’y and I like the sax in the chorus. I’m just happy that it doesn’t feature that same crass synth sound that has been present for years now in MM’s singles.

The covers are out and the styling is horrendous. Kitario is definitely participating in the single as she appears on the covers, so this will also be her "graduation" single. 

And it's been so obvious that they kept Kitario at the sides or at the back for the group shots.

Interesting....the Lamentazione outfits with the tan coats + theater background just looks like gyu saretai again. The Koko ni iruze/Mr. Moonlight gender swap looking outfits are kind of cute. All of the pics give musical theater vibes.

I want to believe that the weird outfits/hair styles are on purpose. it's giving the Mr Moonlight vibe. Ako is the only one in a very bright color, maybe there will be some kind of story in the MV where she is center? I like the outfits for Lamentazione and the background. I'm very curious. Hope we get one of the MVs soon.

Outfits look kinds boring to me, I don't know yet if I like the Mr Moonlight outfits, but I guess it's nice that there's a "past Morning Musume vibe".
Hope the MVs are good. 

The covers are just awful, I think most of us could design way prettier covers on our computers. What are they thinking? lol

Any other single. Reina and Akane so far got nothing lines and cover-wise.
So messy but mostly sad, and I don’t even like either, but the blatant disrespect.
I really hope they do get something in the MVs, like at least a 1-shot ala Zukki at the end of Tokyo to Iu.
Rio being in the single, meh, now if they give her more liens than the two grads, now that confirms she left after confirming her TV job and the agency wanted to keep her, and an even bigger FU to Akane.
Reina did get her flowers here and there during her tenure at least.

The outfits anand style is underwhelming (like always...), hope PV (screen time) is better. Songs are ok, for my taste

UFP has announced a separate event for Kitagawa in commemoration of the new single on December 7

 

The event will have a 2-shot cheki, autograph and individual talk sessions with Kitagawa Rio in commemoration of the new single release

This will be all on December 7th

 

Wow so they're really separating Kitagawa from the group at this point

That means the only performance that this lineup will ever have is the MV. No live performances at all featuring the whole group

Amazing how they really pull of events for her. Don't get me wrong, for her fans it is a nice farewell gift. I thought she's out off the group and more than continuing in the covers, PV and promo pic isn#t on Rios list, (from management side)
