In my opinion, it's very likely she has set a deadline for herself in terms of what she wants to achieve as an idol. I have the impression she is eager to showcase her skills but she wasn't given the push or platform she needed to be a more popular member. So I guess 3 years, while it's short for a H!P member, I think it's smart of her to venture off to do focus on her goal especially if she has an impending opportunity. Being an H!P idol is still a niche circle, I applaud her courage to quit while she is still young.

H!P is so stagnant these days, that 3 years doesn't seem long at all. From the moment she joined, she had a lot of potential, but rarely got to show it. I'm grateful that Shiori joined H!P, so we all got to hear her beautiful voice. I hope she's leaving so fast because she's got a new opportunity already lined up, I'd love to see her achieve all her dreams.
