There was information about Spending all my time on the Rockin’ on Japan blog and Perfume LOCKS!

Perfume was interviewed at length about their upcoming single, Spending all my time, to be released on 15th August. Surprising new track and surprising costumes. We asked about new single which is pretty different from JPN and Spring of Life. We also asked about the soul they put into JPN Tour, and about being hosts for the MTV Video Music Awards 2012, which was archived at the same time they decided to go global. Various episodes came out from the energetic three. I heard them saying what support for Perfume is: “bonding” and “fortune” and I feel this is a very Perfume-like episode. On July 5th's segment of Perfume LOCKS!, the weekly radio show about Perfume broadcasted on Tokyo
FM, the girls talked a little bit about their next single Spending all my Time, due to release on
August 15th. While we already heard the previews for Point andHurly Burly, the future A-side is still
completely unknown, so these are the very first details we got about it. First of all the girls said that the “intro is a bit crazy”, and “the melody is beautiful but difficult to remember”, with a “bouncy summer-esque vibe”: this might suggest an upbeat and happy sound with a not so easy listening and immediate structure. The girls continued to talk about the new A-side saying that “the lyrics are few and simple, but with some dramatic elements”; This is definitely something we’ve already seen in the past, and their last single Spring of Life wasn’t an exception, with contrasting lyrics between good and bad moments. They’ve also said that the title of the song is longer than most of the songs in Japan.

Perfume will have their first ever Asia Tour! The dates and venues are announced as follows.

• 10/26 TAIWAN: Neo Studio
• 11/07 HONG KONG: Rotunda 3
• 11/17 SOUTH KOREA: AX-KOREA
• 11/24 SINGAPORE: SCAPE

Second, Perfume will release a global compilation album entitled “LOVE THE WORLD“. This will be Perfume’s first truly “greatest hits” album, which will include their signature tracks such as Polyrhythm, Laser Beam, as well as some of their favorite songs to perform LIVE, like classic Chocolate Disco, and recently, FAKE IT. The limited edition will also include a special PV of FAKE IT in the DVD. Album goes on sale 9/12 [LE: ￥3,000, RE: ￥2,500]

Third, all 3 of their next single tracks will be available on iTunes the day of release!

Aww man, Asia gets too much love. I wish they would come to the U.S, and perform. I'd fly anywhere in the United States to see them. Even the Singapore show seems very tempting since it falls around Thanksgiving but I'm pretty sure those tickets would go fast.

The venue for the Singapore live is just about 500 so it may sell out fast if there are that many perfume heres in Singapore i supposed.

This song is definitely different from past releases from Perfume, but it still has a Perfume vibe to it. It sounds more like a Capsule song than actually Perfume, but I say that because you can't really differentiate the three members voices in the lyrics. That being said, as far as lyrics go, there aren't really much, and it's all in English. That was to be expected though, since Perfume has stated in previous interviews: “the lyrics are few and simple, but with some dramatic elements.”

This 10 second teaser was also released to promote the single/mv release. I think it's cool too!

Like i said on Facebook already, i really like the song but really have to get used to this style from Perfume as i'm not used to it. I prefer the hyper "One Room Disco" style Perfume, but since they include that in the release with Hurly Burly and Point i'm really happy! It's the kind of song that will really grow on me like and i will end up listening on all my travels ;C

Now we have the preview for Spending all My Time i'm going to pre-order the single (i need that poster even though i don't actually have wallspace anymore)

Getting this single for Hurly Burly and Point, but definitely not for spending all my time. It might grow on me, but atm, I'm quite disappointed. D:
Also, the beginning sounds like a song that was often on the radio recently.

The 1-minute video starts as the girls try to open a locked door. Later, they are taken into an empty room, where they reveal the mysterious numbers on their arms.
