Love perfume, been listening to them for a while, PV for chocolate disco isn't too good but the song owns several large cities.

Generally their videos are just increadible, love their sound, my friend has the live dvd on pre order. ^^

It's a shame they dont get enough atention in this forum. They are wery good singers and they have wery good songs. They just aren't that idolized and merchandized like H!P. I think many songs are great and I lisen to more Perfume than MM lately.

I bought "Fan service bitter" last week when I was in Tokyo...there was just a regular DVD case on the shelf so I figured the photo booklet thing was maybe no longer available, but when I handed it to the guy behind the counter he dug out the booklet which has the DVD tucked into the back cover.

I've not had a chance to watch it all yet - but the concert footage is awesome. The booklet only has something like 40 pages, but it's the size of a regular magazine and the photos are really nice. (The cover is ultra-shiny metallic so it's a bit of a nightmare keeping it free from fingerprints!).

It was only quite recently that I discovered Perfume - it was due to a mention on the now-defunt Idolizing St.Anna blog, but I was so happy when I checked them out...if someone had asked to visualize what my idea of the perfect pop group would be - I would have imagined something like Perfume!

The recently released single, Polyrhythm, was my first exposure to Perfume, but I really love them already. I love their techno style that they've got going, and the three of them are so cute. I'll definitely be buying this single. (And it's doing pretty well on the charts.)

Kashiyuka is my favorite. She's so cute. But I adore Nocchi and A-chan, too. Am I the only one that thinks A-chan look a little. . . non-Asian? Like she's only half-Japanese? It's probably just me, but I think she looks like a Mika Todd/Sugaya Riskao mix. Very pretty, though.

Well, I've known that Perfume exists for about, four hours now, and I'm completely in love with their latest single. I just watched all of their previous PVs, and I just love these girls! So, I decided to transliterate the lyrics to Polyrhythm to romaji, so people like me can sing along if they should choose to do so. . . I'm not too great at it yet, so I'm sure there's a mistake or two. (Or ten.) (Especially that "polyloop" thing. Not too sure if that's what they're really saying in that part. . .) Anyway, yeah. Enjoy.

A friend of mine who isn't a H!P fan just linked me to some of their videos this afternoon, quite surprised I haven't heard of them before. Anyways Perfume is really...Technopop. After listening to Chocolate Disco I couldn't stop laughing haha, it's one of the silliest titles I've heard in a while, but I like Chocolate and Disco so it's hard not to find such a song really amusing. Just thinking of it makes me smile.

wow ive never listened to anything similar besides probalby DJ remixes until Amoz "forced"(just like aznanimedude) me to listen to them

i wasnt too interested at first, until at the Chocolate Disco song i saw Kashiyuka, long straight hair+little cape+ribbon+almost dorky dance (that's what amoz said ) then i got really attracted (i often fall for ribbons, and she's just too cute)

so fav songs so far (whcih i havent listened to much yet) are Twinkle snow powdery snow (damn great song and cool PV!!!) and Chocolate Disco

the Twinkle snow Powdery snow dance is relaly cute, especially watching the whole dance from this performance (well, maybe the robot-ish moves are kinda awkward)

anyway, anyone else in love with their before indies Hiroshima singles, Omajinai Perori and Kareshi Boshuuchuu? they're totally different from their current style, much more idol pop than electronic, but i still love them. especially Omajinai Perori, it's just so über cute!
