Still a bit confusing about how to pick up tickets but I'll follow this thread from now on.

If it's VIP You have to pick it up in person and you have until the day before the concert to get it. If you won't be able to make it in time you have to send a person to pick it up for you.

 

I think the ticketmaster tickets get picked up at the concert. I'm not too sure.

I still need to renew my passport o.O and then book the flight and hotel. For some reason I've been procrastinating

Should do it soon. Seems like it's far away but only about 2 months.

I haven't booked the flight yet but the sweet spot for flights is 6-8 weeks so I should book soon.

I figure once I renew my passport I'll be get everything else in check. I'll do that next weekend. (i need my birth certificate and would have to go home for that)

 

I've been tracking flights on google flights. And this specific one I've been watching has increased and decreased a lot in the 20 days i was looking at it. Right now it's at it's lowest being 341. Sometimes It's about getting lucky. I don't know if it'll increase again or not but I did hear 6-8 weeks before the departure has the lowest price.

I've got my hotel booked. I decided on Segovia Regency Hotel because it's really close to the venue, but if people recommend a different one I might switch.

 

One thing I'm curious about is transportation, mainly getting from the airport to the hotel. I looked it up and it seems like taxis might be the best way to go, but I think they would be more expensive, and it looks like you have to be careful which taxis you take. Does anyone know if there would be a better/cheaper way to get from the airport to the area around the venue?

  Only safe taxis are authorized on the airport. So taking one from there is almost riskless but it will cost more or less 200 pesos (15usd) to get to the hotel.

 

You can always try to move around the metrobus, although I think you might haveto camge bus at least twice.

Hello ! My name is Luis and I am attending the concert, I am a fan from Monterrey(Mexico) so I will also be arriving by plane and staying at a hotel near the venue so If anyone wants to team up that would be nice. I know exactly 0 hello project fans IRL so Im traveling with my sister, but it would be nice to meet someone else who does know the group etc. 

I also would like to catch up on some of the organized chants as I don't really know some of the specific ones and I don't want to be the idiot who screams as everyone else went quiet. Also if anyone needs me to translate spanish I would be glad to help.

Has anyone picked up tickets they bought online? I don't speak Spanish, and all I have for confirmation is a paypal transaction ID.  Anyone know what options I have?

You need to print that and take it to the Jstore to pick up your tickets.

 

You can either go pick them up yourself or ask someone to pick them for you (They need a copy of your ID). I have already helped a couple of people in doing that
