With the recent increase of 70s movies influence on "SKE48 no Sekai Seifuku Joshi" (background music and those little weapon-loaded sequences, f.ex.) I finally realized what kind of vibe I get from Manatsu... a young "Meiko Kaji" vibe, but maybe that's just me.
But, IMHO, she definitely could play the Sasori character.
Not that I would want her to play in a 70s exploitation movie, of course... now, that would conflict heavily with being a cute idol.
