The opening is amazing. It's like her signature song, and it also includes Umeda Ayaka (another favorite of mine) and Kasai Tomomi.

Gomen ne Jewel and Blue Rose are also classics.

She is simply amazing. I think she has more power behind her voice but TakaMina has better control, so they even out.

However, Higurashi no Koi is a must-check out. It's a duet between her and TakaMina. The two even have voices that blend extremely well together!

As people said, it's a shame she is so underpromoted. I expect she'll start to get more attention (and lines) once B6 begins, and once she graduates from high school. My guess is that she doesn't have much time right now either D: Hoping that'll change soon.

And since performances are being deleted here and there, and are impossible to find, I'll leave here the links I found for Turtle Fu's recommendations, so now people don't have an excuse for not listening the songs :

she's the first member that I noticed. And the reason I really got hooked to AKB48. That MARIA performance on their 2007 Concert DVD was just godly. When I learned more and more about the group, I completely went wtf when I found out she wasn't a front girl. I mean she looks good, she can sing really damn good and also a good dancer. But yeah, its the same old story I guess.

This anime song of hers is a real treat to her fans. She really belts it out on this one, so excited to see a live!

and I also hope she gets a good song in B6, she would definitely rock it.

Yesterday the single charted at #29 on Oricon daily charts (today is outside of the first 30 so I have no data). Not bad for an anime song with no promo released the same week as the new opening from K-On...
