I'm pretty sure it is. Ayarin's 04-07 entry on the Watarirouka blog mentioned that Harugon brought along a Hello Project DVD and that all the girls were watching it on their break I think its pretty awesome that they like HP.

Doesn't it seem like Haruka is less mature than she really is? She's 18 but she fits in perfectly coloring a picture with crayons with some of the younger members or acting silly like at the very end of the SUIEI Disc-3 or at the amusement park. She's perfect. She doesn't want to grow up. Or so it seems.

I do love how she's so bubbly and crazy energetic at times! For example, something recent other than what you mentioned, was that one-off episode where they measured radio waves by jumping out of the plane, skydiving down.. Harugon wasn't chosen, she was just a passenger on the plane. But, sitting there next to the open door, she was super-excited over it all, instead of being nervous. And at one point it even looked like she'd enjoy skydiving herself too, even without a parachute

Finally found a picture with Harugon and Kumi together but they don't look that similar in it. Not surprisingly, the younger Kumi looks like the older one!

Maybe I need to see if there's a picture with her and Kinoshita Haruna from NMB48?

Re-watched her video from the janken tournament and was smiling the whole time, not just because of the results but also because she was so cute and spazzy in it! Funny to see people only one year older than her (Yukirin and Yuka) consider her a child and Yuka even considers her to be her daughter!
