If we know what dates we're looking at, I might be able to change my holiday. That means we can spend a weekend up there and it's easier for ginaRAWR and oroboras.

1st - 5th of March, though the weekends at either end are possible (Sunday-Monday, or Friday-Saturday) for me.

Agreed. Personally I think the first weekend (27/28th Feb) might be better, but it may be easier for everyone for it to be the following weekend instead.

As far as I'm aware though, the dates aren't just 27-28th. I was under the impression that it would also carry on into the week for those that were able to attend.
