Awww great photos.

Every time I tried to take pictures or record I was told to turn my camera off.

Iroiro,

Yeah! I remember that "devilish look", she also stuck her tongue out a bit. It was really cute.
And yes, she was shy. Their was a moment where she narrowed her shoulders and put her head down a bit after a question.

Also, one thing I noticed was that I need more hi definition audio because Ishikawa voice is a lot cuter in person. And she make is really adorable during performance's talking parts.

Bex Bissell

"DVD sleeve of the Yossie/Rika movie "Tokkaeko"". Oh! That is exactly what I thought of doing. Albeit, they said only H&A merchandise will be signed, they did sign other stuff throughout. If only I new, I would have the VHS version signed.
Great move.
And I agree, Yoshizawa seemed as great as she is on screen, but Ishikawa was more amazing in real life. She is becoming my favorite.

@rayned_kei I took a secret picture with my cell phone, but it's terrible quality. Not even worth posting, haha. But aside from that, I was too chicken to try to take any more. I didn't want to risk getting kicked out or anything.

Oh, and I just remembered another question from the Q&A panel. Someone asked if they were surprised that so many people knew the words to The Peace, and Yossie said she was, and something like, "We can't fool you, can we?" Hahaha. ^^

EDIT: Remembered yet another question from the Q&A.
Q: When you were in Morning Musume, you became a bit of a tomboy. Were you told to act like that, or was it your actual personality? (Or something like that)
Yossie: When I started out, I wanted to be a cute idol, but as time went on my natural personality came out more. But deep inside I still want to be that cute idol.

Aww Yossie, you'll always be that cute idol to me. ^^

Oh, and I have to agree that Rika is SO much cuter in person! She just radiates charm. I was never a gigantic fan of hers (even though I still liked her quite a bit), but that may change. <_<

It soo sucks that I couldn't stay for the Q&A and that I missed the first signing. Does anyone know why they closed Friday's Signing early?
It was supposed to be until a bit after 2 or so but when I finally made it, Stupid long line at Registration, it was over.

EDIT:
I will admit I did manage to snag a bit of video from that. It's not great quality as my camera is pretty much crap. I'll have to go through it all tomorrow and see if any of it is decent enough.
I did get pictures of them in the costumes but I really wanted one without.

I am here at the airport still, and have some time to post.

The Q&A was great. It's a nice way to end their visit and ours because it's like an encore appearance. I mean, after the concert, you are so excited that it hard to feel whole again. You want more, another concert mostly, but the Q&A makes you happy about the whole thing. At least for me.

However, the Q&A almost became a nightmare.
We were at the designated line-up for 2 hours before the Q&A to get good spots. One of the staff for the event even came out and asked us if we could form a cleaner line, because we were scattered watching the Elder's Graduation DVD. But we new our places, and the staff said, "...fine, as long as you know." And mention how it seems like it probably won't be too bad (meaning crowed) by the looks of things, "...but that there is still a hour to go." The Q&A was supposed to be 2PM-4PM. It was 2:07 when people started to get concerned. One person went to look, and quickly came back saying that there is a bunch of people already in there. People where like, 'What!' 'No way!' And then we all started to run for the entrance around the corner, but then the person in front said that the people are from the 1PM panel and that they are all going to be cleared in a little bit. So we were all like, "Ummm!" and when back to are places. Then five minutes passes, and a speaker could be heard in the room. People where like 'What!" again, and a few ran inside, then we saw Diaz, a person who's been with H&A throughout the convention. And then we all started to pile into the room. We missed are seats. And there was like about 150 people already in there. People were of course upset. I thought that I was going to be several rows back and would hardly see them. This was the last chance, and something like this happens. NOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And what about the autograph session afterwards, were all the people who waited hours before the Q&A, in fact, now in the back rows. Will we not get an autograph! And this was my LAST CHANCE to get my hand shake. Now I was doomed to regret not getting one. I found a sit, my heart was racing, thinking of how to try and fix this.

------------SNAP! My plane is going to leave soon, so I have to go. It's almost a 7 hour flight, so I continue tomorrow.-----

Wow. I didn't realize so many from H!O were there!!! I would've loved to say hey to all of you!!! :good: And thanks for the Q&A, Rickee. Now I don't feel as bad about missing it.... :D

One thing I thought was funny. During quiet parts of the concert I was yelling "Charmy" and three people around me looked and laughed; you could tell they knew what that meant... that was awesome. I'm still super happy that there were a bunch of H!P fans there, and not just a lot of randoms. :)

Also, one thing I noticed was that I need more hi definition audio because Ishikawa voice is a lot cuter in person. And she make is really adorable during performance's talking parts.

No kidding!!!! Her voice is soooooo much different in real life. It's waaaay cuter!!! <3

I think the moderator did the right thing by not translating those two questions. They were there as artists, not prospects. Stand in line for the mic just to be a dumbass when you get it. <sigh>

Hahaha, that was you? I think there was just one person between us. I was the pink&green lolita with the big headbow acting ridiculous. :good: I yelled "Yossie!" quite a few times, but I don't think I was very loud. Not as loud as you at least, haha.

Cool.
I'd like to make a note though, that Rika was dressing lolita, and not lolicon. Lolicon anime or manga porn containing very young girls. >_>
lol

Also, the show the person was talking about was "haromoni". Their accent sucked though, so they couldn't understand what he was saying :good:

Sorry if this has already been said ._.;;
D: lol

Oh, also, I was in the very front right corner of the mosh, screaming and jumping around like a lunatic the entire time. XDD
If, during some silent parts (and some not so silent parts >_>) you heard a scream from that general area, that was prolly me. I usually was the first to scream and then everybody else would (or wouldn't LOL).

Iroiro: From your description we probably were pretty close to each other. Cause right in front of me was the group of Japanese guys/girls right at dead center. But, I don't remember your lolita outfit... just cause... well... there were a lot of outfits there and I've never been to a Con and it was a lot to take in!!! :)
But... was the tall guy in the Mariners hat like to your front/right? That's the best way for me to judge where anyone was!! :good:

I did notice Yossie trying to supress smiles through almost the whole thing. At certain points she would get a huge grin and then look down and try and wipe it away! <3

Omg, was he a really tall Japanese guy?
I sat with him in line for the concert, and during the Q&A. :D
I TOLD him to go to one of the sides so he wouldn't be in people's way, 'cause he's like 6'4", but I guess he got too excited about Rika and ran to the middle anyway u_u;; lol

EDIT: And I totally saw her smiling a lot. At the beginning she'd try to suppress it, but by the end she was just smiling
And the thing about the birthday "surprise" was so bogus. Everybody totally heard them rehearsing "happy birthday" lol
(At least she stuck to her story during the Q&A LOL)

^ Yeah, he was the really tall Japanese guy. At first I was like "Dang, this guy should move back so others can see." but then when the concert started and you could tell he was really into it, I was glad he got to be as close as he was. :good:

@jaargilon @kittiwindx I don't remember if he was wearing a hat or not, but I remember the ginormous Japanese guy to my right a little ways that was jumping super high and kept clapping and doing all the hand movements and everything. You mean him? Because he was pretty funny. :good:

Okay, sorry mods. Last post here regarding this topic.

Have you ever even met a Japanese person? Physical contact between people is a HUGE faux-paux in Japan, and I definitely would not want to be touched by a complete and total stranger, especially one that openly lusts after me. I have no idea why you think it's okay for you to just randomly go up and touch a person who lives in a culture where touching is totally uncomfortable.

So, you are not perverts but you have perverted material available? I mean, come one, the whole mission statement of jph!p is lustfully worshipping Rika.

You really come off as a wapanese. I've been studying Japanese for two years now and I've met a fair share of Japanese students studying over at my campus. I don't know which century you came from, but the Japanese youth today don't mind touching each other if they knew each other(that came out wrong). Besides they came over to America and should expect the openess we have here.

A lot of members there arn't Rika fans but H!P fans in general anyway. Maybe you should try lurking there and see what other meaningful stuff we have there before being that prejudiced against us.

^
Well, I'd say that's obviously, but my problem was that we already knew that they were Rika and Yossy. H+A go out of their way to say they AREN'T Yossy and Rika, but we know they are...
It's like...what do you take us for, idiots?

And I really see no difference in how Americans and Japanese people percieve idols. I mean, you wrote a lot, but you really didn't say much.

Seriously do you really think the world revolves around you? We know who Yossi and Rika are but they are TRYING to get into the American market for a new target audience. It's just the same thing Puffy AmiYumi or w/e did when they broke through America.

If you really think they perceived you as an idiot (oh wait! You didn't even go!). Well, I feel sad for them for having you as a fan.

If you still really have anything to say, I welcome you to JPHiP and talk to me there. Thanks.

Like, he had various pictures of him and Ishikawa on his phone, even <3 lol
And he told me he was her biggest (tallest) fan lmao :good:

Well apparently they were able to understand what I was talking about enough for Charmy to answer my question even if my accent sucks. Yes I was talking about Haro Moni acadamy Eglish Lesson episode. The episode with Charmy and Thane Camus teaching everyone english. Just after Koharu Kusumi first joined. As for my accent it doesn't help that my throat was sore from screaming throughout the concert the night before.

All that matters to me is that charmy understood what I was asking. To fully correct the previous entry by Rickee. What I asked was for Charmy's permissision to have her bunny she drew and had embroidered on her own jacket, embroidered on the back of my jacket as well. Which she answered yes to. You can see the bunny I was asking about at the end of that particular episode.

All in all I accomplished what I came to the con for. 1: Seeing the concert 2: Getting them to sign my cd, and my Acer Notebook. 3: Getting Charmy to sign my copy of Yo-Yo Girl Cop. 4: Giving Yossie a card and gift for her Birthday. 5: Giving Charmy a card, gift, and a rose. So for me the weekend went perfect.
This is my new siggy. Anyone who likes it may use it also.

I'm so annoyed that we could only take pictures of them for three seconds. Does anyone even know why they were such jerks about that?
During the autograph session after the Q&A, Yossie grabbed my hand and shook it. I was so shocked; seeing as they were so strict about being near them and pictures and stuff, I'm surprised we were allowed to touch them. :good:

Boo. I was disappointed I couldn't get a video with them. I wanted to do the "HAPPY!" thing with Rika. <3

Oh. I was floating around cosplaying Ai Kago (along with a friend cosplaying Tsuji-chan), if anyone saw us. :3

Sorry. I can understand what you mean about the sore throat. I had been screaming the entire time, AND I have a pretty bad cold XD (I was the person in the front with the bad hair, sitting next to the tall Japanese dude, sneezing randomly lmao)

I'm a mod at JPH!P and I just want to apologize to Hello! Online and the mods for Mugen's last post. I had asked the members involved in discussions in this thread to let it go as while forum pride is welcome, the discussion had gone on far enough and had gotten out of hand. The mods here had stepped in and settled it, but I did not talk to Mugen so for that I apologize.

I've let the rest of my members know that further posting in this thread is to be halted.
