  Tracker Rules
Only Idol related files are allowed on the tracker, unless permission has been granted by a moderator.

Only new and subtitled files can be posted under the "H!P" and "AKB48" tracker. If the "release date" of the file(s) is older than 3 months, the torrent should be posted on the "Other" tracker. OPV files should also be posted under the "Other" tracker. Other Japanese idol groups should be posted to the "Other" tracker.

File(s) in all torrents should be romanized, and torrent descriptions should be in English. The .torrent files themselves should also be romanized.

Do not post file or seed requests in the comment field, troubleshooting forums, or in PM's. Users who make continuous requests over PMs will be banned.

Torrents with ripping group names, tags, and acknowledgments must be removed from the filenames before uploading, and may be deleted. Credit to the ripping groups should be made in the torrent description. (Subtitle groups are not included in this group.)

Seed torrents as long as possible after your download is completed. Low ratios may result in severe consequences, including banning in extreme cases. For more on ratios, see the section in the Guidelines below.

Sending incorrect bittorrent client statistics to the tracker will cause an immediate ban.

The administrators of Hello!Online reserve the right to allow, disallow, delete or modify all forum posts and torrents at their discretion.

  Tracker Guideline
If you are unsure how to create torrents and upload them to the tracker you can read this tutorial by SacredCultivator.

Hello!Online contains of these trackers:

All Trackers: Show all visible torrents.
Hello!Project: This tracker is for new and subtitled Hello!Project files.
AKB48: This tracker is for new and subtitled AKB48 files.
Other: This tracker is for any files older than 3 months, and other idol groups.

Each tracker contains separate torrents and normally a torrent will not be moved between them. However, the administrators of Hello!Online reserve the right to move torrents if they do not fulfill the rules at the time they were uploaded.

1. Changing tracker views will keep the specified sorting, if there is any.
2. Clicking on a previously-highlighted tracker icon will reset all sorting specifications.

Categories: The tracker has parent and child categories. If a parent category is chosen, it will also show torrents specified to its child categories. For example, the category "DVD" is a parent to both "DVDISO" and "DVDRIP".

hidden torrents: When checked, the tracker will also show torrents which have not had any seeds for the last 30 minutes. Remember, if you use these torrents, there is a good chance your bittorrent client will never complete the file(s).

Only subtitled: The tracker will show only subtitled videos. Subtitles can be in any language.

Keep a good ratio: Your ratio can be found in your profile and shows how much you download relative to how much you have uploaded since you joined Hello!Online.

We have decided to put a penalty to users with bad ratios, to encourage them to upload more. This way, we can keep torrents alive longer, and increase the number of available files. To keep a good ratio, it is important that your connectivity is good. Ie. the port your bittorrent client use has to be open.

This is how penalties are applied:

When a torrent is delayed for you, the site will replace the DL link with the number of hours that are left before the torrent is available for you to download. In the details page, you can see the exact delay time.

Remember that the tracker keeps statistics of its peers, and will notify us if a peer does not report correct upload statics. To send incorrect data to the tracker is strictly forbidden and will cause an immediate ban.

Torrents marked with * are currently on a hidden tracker. The uploader can choose to add torrents onto the hidden tracker if they want to be anonymous for the majority of the users. The torrent will become visible when it has enough uploaders. If you have the privileges to see the torrents on the hidden tracker, then it'd be helpful if you can help the uploader by seeding the torrent until it becomes visible.
