The pic isn't totally clear but looks like this to me: 矢島さんは本当に好きな顔です！私は道重さゆみさんも好きなので、色々分析すると、美術作品のような造形美のあるお顔が好きなんですね。それに心根がお顔に表れてるし、みんなの頭に浮かぶ矢島さんって笑顔だと思うんです。そういう面もアイドルとして素晴らしいですよね。
Basically she really likes her face (and Sayumi's) and she thinks they are like beautiful works of art. She feels their inner heart is reflected on their face and when everyone thinks of Yajima-san they think of her smile. She feels that aspect is wonderful as an idol.
'daisuki' is 大好き but don't see that unless I'm missing a part.
