@ clowcrownow: Yes, she participated at a lot of children's songs for all four "Hello! Project Douyou Pops" albums and one of the two "Hello! ProjectShinsaku Douyou Pops" albums :). A PV of her, Yaguchi Mari and Inaba Atsuko singing "Kamome no Suihei-san" in sailor uniforms can be found at Youtube.
@ Koschechka: She was a Hello! Project soloist from 2001 to 2002. She didn't publish any singles or albums but participated especially in the above mentioned albums. Rika left H!P early again because she wanted to compose and sing her own songs.
Before Hello! Project Rika was known as "Peachy", publishing songs like "Super Jet Shoes" (which was covered by Perfume later) or "Snow Paradise". Her mentor at that time was the vocalist from the girlband Princess Princess.
Rika is still singing at small occasions and either has got or co-hosts a radio show (it can be seen in her blog photos).
