Are these decorations actually on the original photo, or did someone add them? I really hope it's the latter. They're horribly pixelized. TToTT;;

^ Yeah, I agree that it looks totally unprofessional, which is why I really hope it WAS added on later. X'DDDDD;; But I actually wouldn't be too surprised if it was H!P... Not after what we've seen. T___________T;;;

I believe the Japanese sometimes use pixelization as a visual stylistic device. It's probably because video arcade games are/were quite popular in Japan.
