Haruna's is not from the Korean drama. That is remake of a classic Japanese drama. The first part is her saying it's from the drama named that, so the line is just "I won't die because I love you."
SPOILERS: In the most famous and emotional scene, after the heroine confesses she is afraid to fall in love again after losing love before (I forget the story exactly but I think her first love abandoned her on their wedding day), the hero jumps into traffic suddenly. When the bus stops inches from hitting him, he yells out that it is proof that he will not die. He will not be able to leave her so he can keep loving her forever. He shouts "I'll never die!! I'll never die!! Because I love you, I'll never die!! Because I am going to make you happy!!" Then they cry together and she asks him to make her happy :)
It is considered one of the most emotionally impacting scenes in Japanese television history :D It's widely known even today as a very famous scene, even though this drama was before Haruna was even born (it aired in 1991)
It's my favorite drama I've ever watched :) Though I have not seen it in a long time T_T! It's well worth checking out if you like classic dramas and emotional love stories and want to see one of the most famous drama scenes of all time :)

^ Thanks for that information. Sadly I don't have good historical knowledge of Japanese dramas, and the Korean drama is all that came up when I tried searching for it lol, so thanks for any context you can give! :) I'll update the original post with something.
