"Milk is bad for your intestines!" :D Since when is milk bad for people? Maybe it's one of those things that give people cancer nowadays, like everything else seems to do which is ridiculous.
Also Maimi's answer was pretty funny :)

Well people have been drinking milk for millennia, so I don't think it can really be pinned as a cause of those "diseases of civilization" we're dealing with these days, unless it has something to do with say the pasteurization process. XD

Most of the world is lactose intolerant. Westerners have build up a tolerance since it's been part of their diet for so long though.
PS. Chisa livin' the high life!

^ hmm Wikipedia states that around 75% of world's population is lactose intolerant. Makes me wonder how humans have started to use different milk products (in some part of the world at least) if they couldn't handle them in the first place. Well I hope that Airi can handle them even though she sounded to be little bit worried about the subject (which is C-ute).

Maybe it's just in Asia so that would be like a high % of the world's population.

It's a mutation in Europeans that make it so we can drink milk as adults. Most adults however are not able to process lactose (the sugar in milk). The lactose will then be consumed by bacteria in the intestines, creating gas as a side effect. I don't think it's really harmful though, just makes you fart. Processed milk products, such as cheese and yoghurt, contains less lactose, and can safely be eaten by most humans.
