Takagi doesn't actually like the Baby Monkey thing, so she wouldn't use it for herself...
What she did say was "Tekitou" which does mean "proper" or "appropriate" but it can also mean ad-hoc" or doing whatever feels right at that exact moment without ever planning ahead or reviewing one's behavior...
And just my personal opinion, Kanazawa is actually a lot slower-paced than you might think from how crisply she speaks. She's talked about how she loves going to Manga cafes just to stare at the ceiling and do nothing.
