Mitsi's choice karage is nice with plain rice. Personally, eggs omelete is more my liking ^_^ mayb I can try it with the sauce Sayu mentioned.

I wonder how raw egg with special soy sauce tastes like. I like sunny side up eggs with the yolk still in it's liquid state. Maybe they taste the same.
Rice is good with everything I guess? In my country we eat other foods with rice ALL the time. You can't have a filling meal without rice.
