this really just sounds like the MM tanjo 10nen kinentai with gaki and koharu replaced by kei and yuko. im still looking forward to it, just for the sake of seeing yuko sing with the other girls, but its a real bummer that hitomi isnt part of that group.

I just realized Yossie is in Ongaku Gatas... It explains why she's not in this MoMusu OG thing. I hope Yossie will get more than this as her new post-MoMusu thing. In the meantime I'm really looking forward to the Ongaku Gatas single anyway. Konno, Rika, Yossie, Mai, woo!

this is not a new idea, they've been having them perform like this for like 3 years now, ever since they did the love machine at the 2005 mm and friends concert.
looks like their idea of "OG" now consists of just 1-3 gen. and i agree

I think it refers more to Original Generation than Older but since it would be preffered by most of us I'll go with the Older/Previous one. :D
And by the way Topracer01 it's not Ogawa Makoto it's -Makoto- SharanQ's Drummer which by the way has been the MC in almost every H!P concert that I've seen.
I can only wish they would announce a OG performance where they include Sayaka, Aya (or was it Ayaka?) and Asuka!
That would be just awesome!
but guess it will remain in my dreams!

"OG" stands for "old girl" and it refers to former female employees of a company, etc. I suppose it also covers graduated idols. There's also a male equivalent, OB (which, of course, stands for "old boy").

My first thought is OG = old girls it's some kind of corporate expression they use in Japan, like OL is office lady. I don't see how Yaguchi could be in this special OG unit if she is not listed in the newspaper ad, and the show is only a few days away, it's too bad as 1st/2nd/3rd gen reunions go this is THE group I would want to see and Mari would have fit right in it! Maybe she is too busy with all of her TV shows to have practiced which is a shame. Wow this is good news though just wish Mari were in it. That said it's a live show, ANYthing could happen, who knows ? The MC could get dragged onto the main stage, singing could ensue :)
