They're traditional vegetables from Ishikawa Prefecture's Kanazawa city.
I especially like the "gorojima kintoki" and "Kaga lotus roots"

Otherwise I love natto, and Kumamoto's red-packaged natto called "Kyushu Real Shikomi" is incredibly delicious.
