Cineraria
Cineraria's flower word is "energetic", and as a blue flower which makes a bloom in the winter...

I've heard that even if dandelions are trampled they don't give up,
so I also won't give up and if bad things happen just forget them quickly!
And like how they're all fluffy and fly around when they get to that point, it fits that I can't just stay in one place.
