There've been times when I stayed over with Harunan and we gathered DVDs to make us cry. It's refreshing.
Think back on recordings.
Talk about silly things with my family, go out, distract myself.
Hug a member!
Temporarily forget everything!

Forget it by immersing myself in the things I have to do!
Lay my face down on my desk and keep still. Since it's embarrassing to show my face to people around me when I'm feeling down, I always hide my face to soothe myself.
Since I close my eyes, there's a chance I'll fall asleep like that too... lol
