I'd go to Laussane, Russia, and eat chocolate.
(note: I don't know of a Russian city ローザンヌ could refer to, but it can refer to Laussane, Switzerland. Since Switzerland is famous for chocolate, and Russia isn't particularly, it seems she may have gotten the country wrong... if someone knows otherwise, please let me know!)
