I sleep a lot. But if that's not possible, I pinch myself
and wake up. I can't recommend that though,
because it's not good to hurt yourself (laughs).





I use cooling eyedrops!





I'll try to imagine myself having a good sleep.
And then something...





I pinch my left hand with my right hand.





I stand up and move around a bit!!!





I force myself to move around!!!





I'm already asleep～





I'd eat or listen to music!
