    when will they fix new members' tags on picboard?

      This. The owner pops in whenever he pops in, but Lurkette can't add new tags for the moment.

      I have been able to make contact with the owner and he will be taking a look to see if this can be resolved. I'll post updates in the General>Hello!Online section of the forum when I have them.

      From memory I had to really reduce the size on this gif in order to use it. Lowered the quality, frame rate, stuff like that.

      For animated avatars, I remember it should be under 150kb or 200kb?

      i'm aware of the size limit. but i get a popup fatal error, just by clicking the 'change my photo' button

      the number of 48g banner is more than H!P, like about 3 times more. Because it's random, the chance of they showed up is higher than H!P banners.
