Don't know if this has been mentioned yet, but the Pony Canyon YouTube channel isn't blocked in the US anymore. I can finally catch up on all the Babyraids Japan stuff I've missed, and bump.y

Decided to click on a Predianna video since the thumbnail looked interesting, and it was a lot better than I expected. I'm definitely a fan now.

I had a dream that the 13ki winner was Tanimoto Ami from TF. Apparently H!P had this additional rule no one knew about that allowed members of existing groups to audition for other ones and have a chance to change groups if they wanted to, however no one had used it until now. Everyone on here and in general was really salty about the situation and I was relieved to wake up.

I've kind of been expecting this for a while. Sawada Risa, and Kuroki Hinako of Kamen Joshi announced their graduations. Neither of them were my favorites, but its still sad to see them go, especially after watching them get promoted up through the sub-groups/trainee units to where they are now. They will be missed.

The interesting thing is, at the beginning of the year, I didn't know/follow as many idol groups and I didn't know the difference between PASSPO, Petit Passpo, PassCode, and petit pas! I think I must've thought that they were all the same group or more related to each other than they actually are.

I had a dream 13ki was announced last night. I was hoping it was true but as soon as I came to here and saw I only had 3 notifications, I know it hasn't happened yet.

It reminds me a bit of Berryz's Waracchaou yo BOYFRIEND. It even has the same set of some members acting as backup singers and singing into standing mics.

Is there going to be a second season of Love Live Sunshine? Based on what happened episode 12, I don't really know if the show could be wrapped up in one episode. And I don't really want it wrapped up in one episode either.

So far nothing's been announced, but given the good reception, another season is pretty much a given. We might have to wait until next year, which sucks.

Part of me wishes H!P would form some sort of alt-idol group as the next new group. But I know they won't. It'd go completely against their image.

I do like some slightly different idol groups but its 'traditional-ness' is a definite factor in my love for h!p. So no thanks haha

iwabo, this in general is true. One becomes extremely isolated from the rest of other idols by following say only H!P. Having said that, I prefer idols that falls under what is generally understood to be idols. To me BiSH and other "anti-idols" are just trying to cash in on the idol popularity and would normally be pop groups, but that just doesn't sell...

It's definitely not the most intuitive website but I know sections to avoid and I'm going to stay away from them for a reason.

I think the h!p fandom on tumblr is generally pretty nice and funny with lots of good content posted, especially now that confession blogs have faded.

Armor Girls really needs to get their own MV at some point. Alice Juban, Steam Girls and even Pa-Ken have gotten at least one before now.

This has pretty much been the best gacha card obtaining day on this J-rhythm game I've been playing. I got 4 rare cards, 1 ER card and my very first SR card. I don't think my luck will last much longer though.

To add onto this, it has. I managed to get 2 Rare cards in a row. My luck will probably be gone by tomorrow though.

Taguchi as the tree looks like something out of this weird video game called Chulip.

I definitely want to play it one day. It seems to be a one of a kind game. The part when Taguchi is running at the end reminds me more of Mr. Yamada the telephone pole man than The tree.

I have no idea what YouTube did. It probably has to do something with YouTube red, but a lot of Japanese videos are no longer available. Stuff like LGM, Momokuro, UFP, Stardust. I can't check everything, but I hope this is only a temporary problem as some of this stuff isn't available anywhere else.

My listening skills for Japanese seem to have gotten better. I don't normally watch the MC portions of H!S due to how boring it normally is, but I let the video run in the background today and I was surprised at how much of it I could understand and pick up based on the context of other words I recognized.
