Yeah, the latter is kind of a dirty thread, but the word "gomu" does just mean rubber, and can mean hair bands, rubber bands, erasers, and condoms. I thought the confusion between those making it into a dirty joke and those who just wanted to talk about how much they liked nksk was funny.
