errr... i don't think the fish slices are suppose to be this brown. overcooked? i dunno. avoided it like i avoid the prawns innit. the prawns always taste funny when i buy them at night. lacking in pork slices this time. changed the recipe? i probably should avoid buying any seafood from these guys even though their most notable dish seems to be the fishhead curry. unfortunately there're probably the only reasonably priced "zi char" shop in the area that's still open after 10pm. meh. maybe i should go back to eating their burnt fried rice again.
